You typically may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping charges on your order will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. Please pack your items carefully and ship your return package via a trackable carrier. You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
Wholesale and quantity purchase orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not give refunds.
Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 5 days after receiving the item. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, at their expense.
